Ucluelet Passive House
The District of Ucluelet in cooperation with Marken Projects is proposing the opportunity to develop as LEED Home and Passive House certified, affordable housing project to be constructed on a subdivision lot in Ucluelet, BC. This project is supported by the Live Smart Super Efficient Construction Program and the Ministry of Energy and Mines and is aiming to utilize materials and construction methods which a readily available in Canada.
